In November 2025, the always-fabulous Menlo-Atherton Volleyball Team selected the recipient of the 3rd annual Eliza Grover Leadership Award. And this year’s honoree is….

In 2025, the San Francisco marathon fell on Eliza’s 26th birthday (7/27). So of course her friends ran and ran and ran - and did her so proud. Other friends far and wide donned their Hike for Eliza t-shirts and got outside to enjoy the day. Check out all the great photos you people sent us….

As 7/27 approached, we cajoled Royal Gorge into letting us plan a work day. We used tools and pretended we knew what we were doing.

Check out the new Serene Lakes Hiking Map, which celebrates this beautiful area and makes it more accessible for all to enjoy. After a limited initial print run we will make any needed corrections and then print for broad distribution in the community.

On June 4, 2025, the second annual Eliza Grover Scholarships were awarded at Menlo-Atherton High School to graduating seniors Luis Licea Fuerte and Giselle Martinez Landa.
